Bio: I think about health and fitness every day. Recently I realized that writing about these things could bring me great enjoyment... so that's what this blog is all about. A few months ago I discovered paleo and it has absolutely changed my life. I'm excited to write on what I am passionate about, and keeping it almost totally unfiltered.
